TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer of the Copyright Holder of the notago.ru project (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder") and governs the terms of use of:
• The Website on the Internet available at: notago.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), including all its sections, pages, and subdomains;
• Cross-platform software and games of the Copyright Holder for mobile devices running Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, and for personal computers running Windows, macOS, and Linux (hereinafter referred to as the "Programs").
1.2. This Agreement is equivalent to a written contract and applies to all users of the Website and Programs (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.3. By accepting this Agreement, the User expresses full and unconditional consent to all its terms. In the event of disagreement with these terms, the User must immediately stop using the Programs on all devices and leave the Website.
1.4. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website or inside the Programs. Continued use of the Website or Programs by the User after changes are made signifies their full acceptance.
2. Personal Data and Technical Information
2.1. In the event that certain services of the Website or Programs provide for the submission of personal data, such data shall be processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2. The User acknowledges that they have read the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, expressing their consent to them upon the first launch of the Programs on any platform.
3. User Obligations and Content Moderation
3.1. The User agrees not to violate the laws of the Russian Federation, international law, or universally accepted moral and ethical standards. Any actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Website and Programs or interfere with other users are prohibited.
3.2. Requirements for Visual and Text Content: The User is prohibited from using images and texts as avatars, nicknames, statuses, or in public posts/comments on the Website and in the Programs that contain:
• Promotion or demonstration of the use of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (including cigars, vapes, hookahs);
• Scenes of violence, cruelty, self-harm, or shocking content;
• Political or protest symbols, or the attributes of organizations recognized as extremist or prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Content of a sexual, pornographic, or obscene nature;
• The use of images of public figures without their consent, as well as unauthorized advertising;
• Any other content that violates the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the protection of children from information harmful to their health and development.
3.3. Rules of Conduct in Chats (General Chat and Battle Chats):
The Copyright Holder provides Users with access to the General Chat and in-game Battle Chats across all supported platforms. When using any type of chat, the User is strictly prohibited from:
• Using profanity (swear words), including masked profanity, profanity hidden with symbols, or intentionally misspelled words;
• Insulting other players, using derogatory nicknames, or provoking conflicts;
• Demonstrating aggression or making real-life threats of physical violence;
• Distributing spam, flooding (repeating the same message multiple times), and third-party advertising.
3.4. Copyright Holder's Moderation Rights:
The Copyright Holder has the right to delete content that violates sections 3.2 and 3.3 at its sole discretion and without prior notice. For violations of chat rules or content requirements, the Administration of the Programs is entitled to apply the following sanctions to the User:
• Temporary restriction of access to the General Chat and/or Battle Chat (mute);
• Permanent restriction of access to any chats;
• Restriction of the technical ability to change visual data (avatar change block);
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the User's account across all Programs and the Website.
4. Other Conditions
4.1. All potential disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Reservation of Rights: Failure by the Copyright Holder to act in the event of a violation of the Agreement by the User does not deprive the Copyright Holder of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests later.
4.3. In case of the User's disagreement with the changes made to the Agreement, the User must remove the Programs from their devices and cease using the Website.
